Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

As your satisfaction is highly important to us, we will accept your return of regular priced merchandise that was purchased from www.trishtyler.com  in its original condition, unwashed, unworn and with original tags, with a copy of the invoice, within 20 days of purchase

Please note that Sale items are not returnable.

Defective merchandise must be reported to us at customercare@trishatyler.com, within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.

Please note that when you make a return, there are no refunds on any shipping charges incurred by you, for the purchase and/or return of any item/s. We also cannot process the refund without a return merchandise authorization or RMA #.

To return an item for a refund:

Please email us at customercare@trishatyler.com, make sure to mention the product number/s of the item/s to be returned, the invoice # and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will send you an RMA#. Download and fill out the RMA Form, completely. Be sure to include the RMA# issued by us. Pack and seal the item/s in its original condition and original packaging, and include a copy of your invoice and the completed RMA Form and send your package to the address below.

We recommend you insure the package as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items incurred during shipping.

Returns are usually processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified by email, once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your Trisha Tyler order, please send your item(s) back for a refund by following the return procedure above in the Returns section, and then place a new order on www.trishatyler.com
